Simple Steps to a Safer, Puncture-Free Ride

Position the Nozzle

Keep the nozzle position either at 4 o’clock or 8 o’clock for easy sealant flow inside the tyre.

Remove Valve Pin

Take out the valve pin from the nozzle and deflate the tyre completely before applying the sealant.

: Shake the Sealant

Shake the TYRE VACCINE bottle for 8–10 seconds so that rubber, microfiber, and oil mix uniformly.

Inject the Sealant

Insert the injector into the tyre nozzle and push the sealant inside so the gel flows freely. Repeat for all tyres.

Refix & Refill

Refix the valve pin and fill air in the tyre. Maintain the regular recommended tyre pressure.

Drive to Activate

Run the vehicle for at least 2–3 km to allow the sealant to form an even protective layer inside the tyre.
